Sydonne Warren
Divine Form
October 2025 - April 2027
Sydonne Warren is a multidisciplinary artist, muralist and entrepreneur whose work focuses on culture and expressing her perspectives as a Jamaican Canadian woman and mother. She's spent the last six years transforming public spaces with large-scale murals that encourage diversity and amplify underrepresented voices. Inspired by her vibrant Caribbean heritage and the stories of her community, Sydonne's art is full of bold, contrasting colours and hard edges colliding with expressive figures.
Sydonne strongly believes that artists are society’s messengers and that art is a tool to unite people through the shared experience of connecting with public art. She also aims to create artwork that sparks important conversations. Some of her murals are collaborations between her and community residents and youth, blending her artistic vision with the voices of the community. This approach ensures the art is not only reflective of her style but also inclusive of the people it represents.
