In his current role, DB is President and CEO of ISM (a Kyndryl Company). As part of his role, DB is accountable for the full enterprise —people, strategy, performance, and delivery. He is an active thought leader, speaker and panelist on AI and Digital Transformation. DB is an avid reader and a published author for multiple leadership best seller books including Leadership 4.0, Let’s Do it Right, First Day at Work and Abundnace.AI
DB has an MBA with specialization in Finance, Executive Finance certification from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics. DB has worked in both Technology Services and Industry. DB has experience in domains like Agriculture, Mining, Manufacturing, Energy Solutions, Banking and Finance, Travel and Transportation, Healthcare, Retail and Logistics.
DB has rich experience in Governance and strong expertise in Strategy, Financial Management, IT General Controls, Cybersecurity, Privacy and AI. DB is currently independent Board member and member of the Finance, Technology and Audit committees for United Way, Calgary and Let’s Talk Science National board. In the past DB was on the board for Canadian Mental Health Association and Mcman Youth. When time permits DB enjoys teaching continued education classes at the universities.
DB gets immense energy from volunteering and mentoring and deliberately spend time giving back to the community.
