Q: Once I submit my form, how do I know my registration has been received?

A: The Werklund Centre Box Office team will send you an email confirmation and invoice for your tickets. Don't miss it! In your email inbox, or with your provider, please add boxoffice@werklundcentre.ca and education@werklundcentre.ca to your safe senders list and check your spam/junk mail frequently.

Q: We are bringing chaperones. Do they require tickets?

A: Chaperones do require tickets. One teacher or chaperone will be admitted for every eight students registered. We will review your chaperone needs at time of registration.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: As Werklund Centre and schools continue to navigate the wellness of students, we have relaxed our cancellation policy to best meet your needs and provide options in case of last-minute change in health or comfort. Werklund Centre will be addressing refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
