Yeh Shaam Preet Aur Jagjit Ke Naam is a soulful night of music and memory, born from the heart of the artist formerly known as Meeka Singh.
After a long hiatus following the profound loss of her parents and sister, Meeka returns to the stage with a new identity: Valorine Melani. "Valorine" represents the bravery required to stand again after the storm, and "Melani" honors the music that remained in her soul when all else was silent.
This evening serves as a bridge between worlds. We honor the soul-stirring ghazals of Jagjit Singh Ji and Lata Mangeshkar Ji — two icons whose work has defined the emotional landscape of a generation.
This is a shared space for collective healing. Many of our featured artists have also walked the path of losing parents or are currently supporting a mother through cancer. We invite you to join us as we transmute pain into peace through original songs, beloved classics, and the sacred, light-filled verses of the Vani. Together, we find the strength to sing again.
