Q: Once I submit my form, how do I know my registration has been received?
A: The Werklund Centre Box Office team will send you an email confirmation and invoice for your tickets. Don't miss it! In your email inbox, or with your provider, please add boxoffice@werklundcentre.ca and education@werklundcentre.ca to your safe senders list and check your spam/junk mail frequently.
Q: May we book more than one show at a time?
A: Please submit the form on a show-by-show basis. The Werklund Centre Box Office team will send you an email confirmation with your invoice.
Q: We are bringing chaperones. Do they require tickets?
A: Chaperones do require tickets. One teacher or chaperone will be admitted for every eight students registered. We will review your chaperone needs at time of registration.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Late cancellations and refunds cannot be accommodated, as this takes away opportunities for other students to attend this high demand event. Werklund Centre will be addressing refund requests on a base-by-case basis.
