Commons). A Canadian-born singer/songwriter of Trinidadian heritage,
Varnia brings a vibrant fusion of Soca, Calypso, and Jazz to life with
powerful vocals and irresistible energy.
Formerly known primarily for her work as a Jazz vocalist, Varnia now
focuses on the genres born in Trinidad and Tobago, sharing her roots
through songs that uplift and celebrate Caribbean culture. Her mission is to excite, inspire, and spread joy—and that’s exactly what this concert
promises.
Backed by a dynamic live band, Varnia will fill the afternoon with
Caribbean rhythms, soulful melodies, and positive vibes. Don’t miss

A portion of the funds from the concert will be donated to the charities Children's Cottage Society, and The Calgary Food Bank.
